Dedicated Property Manager
All owners are assinged a dedicated property manager that gives them a single point of contact for all property questions and activites. The PM handles all the day to day communications and coordinations.
Eviction Process Handling
We use an attorney to assist with the eviction process in the unlikely event that a tenant needs to be removed from the property. This enables us to win an overwhelming majority of our eviction cases.
Accounting and Reporting
We have an in-house accounting team who oversees all accounting and reporting functions. They produce detailed monthly statements, annual reports and IRS compliant reporting.
Monthly Owner Statements
We simplify your life by connecting you to our Owner Portal to view all monthly owner statements. They are also emailed to your inbox each month.
Security Deposit Management/Processing
We collect and safely/securly hold the tenants security deposit in a non-interest bering escrow account for the term of the tenancy per FL stautes. Upon the tenant vacating the property we process the deposit out per a notice to impose claim or general release.

From their mobile device, Tenants can conveniently place maintenance requests, making life simple and providing quick response time for our tenants.
Filter Replacement Program
Tenants receive regular shipments with AC filters to make it easy for them to remember to change the filters. This will assist to extend the life of the system.
Lease Renewal Fee
We process a CMA to verify the highest rent rate the property can demand. Along with creating all new documents for the tenants next term of lease.
