About Lavinia Grosanu

Lavinia Grosanu is the founder of Top-Notch Property Management, LLC. Originally from Europe(Romania), her father was a doctor and her mother a medical assistant, now that’s quite a love story right there, needless to say how that went.

Fast forward 25 years later, she graduated her master degree International Business Administration, and off she went international to practice her business skills.

But previously she was working with her brother, who became a very successful real estate developer, well known for the high quality standards of his work, and innovative approach. That’s when her love and passion for real estate started to grow.

Her free spirited personality, eager to learn more and conquer the world, inspired her to travel a lot and gave her the opportunity to meet savvy real estate investors and agents, which she had the opportunity to watch them closely, and that is when she realized the need for a reliable Property Management company.
